No, everything is included in our monthly fee.
Once
I place my order, how long will it take before my site is running
and available for viewing?
Your new site will be running within 24-48 hours of your
order. In many cases, it may only take 12 hours.
Are
there limits to how many properties or property photos I can upload?
No. You may upload as many properties as you wish, and
each property can have as many photos as you wish. There are no
additional or hidden charges.
Can
I modify my site's content, such as changing text or adding new
pages?
You can easily modify the text that appears on the site
by using the easy-to-use Content Manager. We also provide low-cost
customization services.
What
is the procedure if I would like to keep my existing domain name?
We can assign your existing domain name to your new site.
This means you'll be able to continue using your domain name in
all your marketing materials, without having to begin using a
new name. We'll need to transfer the DNS of your domain name to
your new server. The registration will continue to be administered
by your existing domain name registrar. We can handle the DNS
changes, or you can update them yourself.
Can
I get reports on Visitors and Hits to my site?
Your site includes a powerful traffic statistics program
called SmarterStats, provided by HostMySite. SmarterStats will
tell you how many visitors you have received within a defined
period, where the visitors originated from (Google, MSN, etc.),
which pages of your site they viewed, how long they stayed and
much more.
Can
my site be created even if my logo isn't ready yet?
Yes. We can create a graphical text-only logo for you
initially. Then, whenever your logo is ready, email it to us and
we'll add it to your site.
Can
I add HTML formatting to my pages?
Yes, most of your pages can accept HTML tags. As you
enter text in the Content Manager, insert the HTML tags into your
text to control how the text will look when it appears on your
site. A few common tags are shown below. There are many HTML tag
reference sites on the Internet that can provide more information
and examples. Here is an excellent resource for most HTML tags:
